Why do liberals think same-sex marriage is alright? The Bible makes it very clear that it's not alright to be gay, why can't liberals understand that?

Same sex marriage isn't hurting anyone. It's been the law of the land here for about a decade and the sky hasn't fallen, nobody's marrying their toaster or their dog. ( There are rumors about that one guy and his couch, but I didn't believe them.)
The hilarious thing here is that you think liberals “can't understand” the conservative view on this. We understand you just fine, we just think you're a passel of lackwits, liars, and rogues.
It didn't matter what the Bible says because most of the Bible is bullshit. Not my God, not my religion, no reason for me to care what some goatherders 3000 years ago think about my marriage.
It doesn't matter what the Bible says because the Bible isn't a legally binding document. It's not in the Constitution that we have to follow the Bible. And honestly, you should know better. What happened to the right wing and their “strict constitutionalism”?
